Mike BradleyAraştırma, Cambridge Uni. Engineering and Design Centre
Mike Bradley is a senior research associate in the Inclusive Design Theme within the Engineering Design Centre. He is interested in interaction design for the most difficult to accommodate users - which tend to be those who have little or no digital experience and/or those who are reluctant to learning new interactions. In many cases designing for older users with little technology prior experience tend to be good proxies for these. He believes that good interaction design caters for those who struggle with digital interactions, as well as early technology adopters.
He is currently working on a Healthcare Technology Cooperative and Academic network, facilitating medical technology innovations; with the Royal College of Art and Jaguar Land Rover on future inclusive HMI's, and also developing an evidence based report for the benefits of inclusive design for government with the Independent Living Centre (ILC) and the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET). He also carries out consultancy projects in the areas of medical device assessment, auditing products and services for inclusion, and Human Factors/Ergonomics projects.
